Practice

A spiritual practice or spiritual discipline (often including spiritual exercises) which is the regular or full-time performance of actions and activities undertaken for the purpose of cultivating spiritual development. That is commonly known as walking a spiritual path of truth.

What is your spiritual path? A spiritual path is not a thing, it is something that takes you from where you are to where you want to be. It is an ongoing process that through practice and perseverance, discipline and commitment, we become more and more able to connect with whatever we have defined as that spiritual goal in our life. To truly set out on that path we must make that definition, we must know where we want that path to take us. Our journey is validated by the people we meet on the way and our own experiences to keep us focused and firmly on our paths. The true spiritual path, ultimately, is yours and yours alone. It is a path to the inner self. Yours will be different to mine, and how you choose to walk that path in your life will be based on what practice is right for you. But the most important thing to do is define your path, choose your vehicle and then; Practice! Practice! Practice!
