Living in the Now

 What does it mean? 

  • Being aware of your present. Paying attention to your life as it unfolds in the moment. Being conscious of what’s going on around you and inside you while you go through your day.

 

  • Realizing that life only happens in the present. Your past has no bearing on this moment and what you do in the moment can affect you future You cannot live in the past or in the future. There is only NOW.

 

  • Pay attention to your thoughts you will notice that they always drag you to a past memory or expectation about the future. Don’t be fooled the past is the past and who knows what the future holds. It is now that matters.

 

  • Live your life moment by moment. Stay focused on the task at hand, your tasks should keep you focused on the present so there is no time to look to the past or the future.

 

  • Stop living in the past you cannot change what has happened it stops you from being in the moment.

 

  • When you spend time imagining what you want to do in the future or spend your time dreaming about your life 5 years, 10 years from now. You are stopping yourself from living right now.

 

  • Pay attention to what is around you, open your eyes, have you seen the beauty in this world. Only in the moment you can see with clarity.

 

  • Being in the moment you are the creator of your life. You can directing your life because you are no longer absent.  

 

  • Being more present and conscious in your life means doing things with better quality and with greater enthusiasm. Decisions and problem solving is insightful, the answers come quickly to you, with speed and clarity.
